Waterfield has been a leading multi-office and boutique advisory for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Operating with such high stakes and accomplished names, the firm strives for nothing less than a premium experience at every customer touchpoint. Hence, with their recent evolution underway — this brand set the benchmark for a leading-edge engagement model in the realm of financial advisory.
Bridging the relationship gap in wealth management
Since Waterfield has always stayed ahead of the curve in the multi-dimensional realm of wealth management, they were quick to identify when their client engagement started suffering. As per the current practice, meaningful discussions were addressed in physical meetings but the Relationship Managers needed a better system to hold sway of the day-to-day calls regarding minute queries and real-time updates. Not to mention the valuable reports and insight resources that although provided by the firm, would overwhelm the clients to keep a track of. Worse, it cost them the luxury of their time. Creating a holistic response to these issues was a digital platform providing the breadth of advisory solutions in one place, at the client's disposal, at all times.

We created the Waterfield App through the user's standpoint, for it to look and behave like modern tech assistance tools. One can have a quick overview of the portfolio or granular review of each detail within a few taps! The highly visual, the interactive design enables users to process and understand complex data, which helps guide informed, real-time decisions.
This open and accessible system is guarded with the highest of security and privacy standards, staying true to the brand's spirit of 'Insights with Integrity'.
